Got a surprise tweet this evening from @maloofmoneycup announcing the women’s street skater list for the 2009 Maloof Money Cup happening in July. Abisha you’re going to kill it!
Thrasher Magazine held what they said to be the last skate event ever at the legendary Wallenberg. There were never been done tricks going down for $6000 and $3000 to the victor.
He has been called a beast by the people who watch him skate and we are glad Jason Beas is on the team. Enjoy this montage he made a while back.
So a few days ago Lisa of Thesideproject told us that autograph signing Abisha (above) was invited to Arizona for the Apache Skateblast Demo. We had a nice surprise Thursday morning; December 13th 2007 finding Gaby Figueroa’s video on Transworld’s Thursday Theater. But for some reason it seems that the Transworld staff decided to sweep it under a rug, hmm!?
